Considering Bobby Dick & The Sundowners have been playing together for quite some time and been a part of this website for a number of years, it’s quite possible you were looking for or inquiring about the band when you went to www.bobbydick.com.

However beginning in 2011, I have stopped booking night clubs, sports bars and concerts for Bobby Dick with The Sundowners as I’ve always wanted to do a solo act and create a new, more entertaining, diverse show called Bobby Dick “Rock ‘n’ Roll 101”. This decision was difficult but it was not the result of the guys not getting along . . . it was just that we were and are, at different stages of our lives with the boys having families, day jobs and other obligations which prevented them from being on the road or out of town for any length of time. Obviously, The Sundowners are a part of rock ‘n’ roll history and at times, I miss the band but the good news is, we’re all good friends and for special occasions, by special request and subject to availability of all members, Bobby Dick & The Sundowners w/DJ Susie Q would be honored to be a part.
